The modern House B-Wald by Alexander Brenner is located in Stuttgart Germany. Welcoming owners and guests with a dark gate flanked by two anthracite walls the modern residence displays its volumes and architectural details topped off with a red roof. The project area sums up 1616 square feet and is composed of several volumes sheltering the living spaces pierced by glass walls and huge windows.
The glass wall that separates the exterior from the living space offers unobstructed views of the scenery lying close to the location of this magnificent house. The designers have given due weightage to decorations interior and exterior both alike. The living room gets a wonderful blend of differently-colored lighting together with leather furniture and grey fur on the floor.
The entire house is painted in neutral tints adding warmth and elegance to this half-a-century-old residence. It has got lot of free space both interior and exterior which enabled the designers to work from whole to part. M Square Lifestyle Necessities was very keen on expressing their experience in its design and the house will surely stand the test of time.
The ground floor is occupied by the garage and home cinema while the rest of the spaces are split between private and social rooms. Here a mezzanine level features two rooms connected by a living-study opening towards a patio garden. Upstairs occupying the first floor lie the kitchen and dining room while the second floor shelters the bedrooms. Topped off with a pool terrace on the roof the narrow home is surely a successful residential project.
Mop house has two entrances: a public entrance and a private one too. Walking straight through the entrance will lead you into the guest room; behind which is a large swimming pool and surrounding the pool is vast living area. On top of that it has relatively larger rooms and has provisions for ample air circulation. Air circulation keeps the interiors cool despite the harsh atmosphere prevailing in the Middle East region.
