Located in Stuttgart Germany this 377 square meters dream home displays a minimalist design defined by straight lines and a constructive use of different building materials. Designed by Alexander Brenner Architects and placed on an almost triangular plot House Heidehof displays an interesting mix of materials on the front facade – wood cladding adorns the large garage doors above which a zebra-resembling pattern is suddenly interrupted by a white-washed second floor.
On the upper floor the large glass windows provide a perfect view from the bedroom which is kept simple in its design. A classy bathroom with a bath tub and pendant light on the ceiling are the other features on the upper floor.

In fact Nico van der Meulen Architects from South Africa simply did the unthinkable.
A wooden deck is stretched from the street through the entrance and extends up to the garden at the back. The living room has a double height roof and is located in the intermediate spaces. The huge glass walls that surround the living room allow for an unobstructed view to beautiful surroundings.
