By avoiding bulky interiors and furniture the design has been given a sense of added openness. Usage of light colors and large glass windows gives also adds to large space outlook. The bedrooms and the bathroom designs are kept very simple while the open glass windows provide fro a green view outside.

A couple of years ago Bark Design Architects got a contract to design a building at really vibrant landscape. And when the project was completed it turned out to be a magnificent structure and we now call it the Complex Maleny House.
The house is just irresistible and the environment is just an element for that. They have separated a good deal of space for the garden which is protected by caged wall of stones. External constructions are well spaced for unobstructed entry of solar rays.
Mop house has two entrances: a public entrance and a private one too. Walking straight through the entrance will lead you into the guest room; behind which is a large swimming pool and surrounding the pool is vast living area. On top of that it has relatively larger rooms and has provisions for ample air circulation. Air circulation keeps the interiors cool despite the harsh atmosphere prevailing in the Middle East region.
The house sports the looks of a box that is slightly bent and fully transparent. The house reveals a careful and rigorous treatment of a bent and cut volume without dropping the elements of the charm. By day time you will get to see the landscape of the valley behind the house. The house includes four bedrooms dining room and a kitchen and also sports as many as six gardens.
The ground floor is occupied by the living spaces and kitchen while the second floor shelters the private areas- bedrooms and bathrooms. A rooftop garden completes the green space in the garden and offers a modern eco-friendly feature.
