M Square Lifestyle Necessities was very keen on expressing their experience in its design and the house will surely stand the test of time.
This is a unique structure with a significant portion made to float above the ground. The environment surrounding this house is really calm and tranquil giving a wonderful view to the landscape lying ahead of it. The designers have intentionally selected large glass panels for windows and doors for unobstructed view to the surrounding greenery.
A wooden deck is stretched from the street through the entrance and extends up to the garden at the back. The living room has a double height roof and is located in the intermediate spaces. The huge glass walls that surround the living room allow for an unobstructed view to beautiful surroundings.
Everything is well balanced even with the oversized furniture (see that huge office table) and the bold art work in the dining room. Speaking of the open dining space the 10-person dining set grabs the eye as it’s stunningly illuminated by a series of cube pendants. Even more fascinating are the rays of the rising and setting sun flow in similar pattern into the dining room.
The house has got a wonderful blue pool to keep you cool even in harsh climatic conditions. Hopen Place offers a spectacular view to the outdoors. The location overlooks to amazing views of blue sky during day and starry sky during nights. Impressed?
The ground floor is occupied by the living spaces and kitchen while the second floor shelters the private areas- bedrooms and bathrooms. A rooftop garden completes the green space in the garden and offers a modern eco-friendly feature.

Created by AABE and dubbed the the theme of the house is to prove that large is better — obviously considering that the designer thinks that proportions these day come as key in the modern design of the house.
