A wooden deck is stretched from the street through the entrance and extends up to the garden at the back. The living room has a double height roof and is located in the intermediate spaces. The huge glass walls that surround the living room allow for an unobstructed view to beautiful surroundings.
The owner’s demand was to create an urban touch to this age-old house and the architects started working on the single- storey residence with four bedrooms. Initially they divided the entire area into private and public spaces separated by a fairly large pool. A long bridge serves as the connection between public and private spaces.
Our advice; make sure you get to see this magnificent structure at least once. At the time of signing a contract with the renovation company the owners of the 1950s big old Mosi House never thought that their house could ever look as wonderful as it is now. On the upper floor the large glass windows provide a perfect view from the bedroom which is kept simple in its design. A classy bathroom with a bath tub and pendant light on the ceiling are the other features on the upper floor.
The chalet extends to an area of 530 square meters and seems to be an ideal place for a family to live in. Design of this building doesn’t comply with that of other chalets you might have seen in many parts of Europe. Its interior is reminiscent of lives of our long aged ancestors who lived in constant contact with their environment.
Everything is well balanced even with the oversized furniture (see that huge office table) and the bold art work in the dining room. Speaking of the open dining space the 10-person dining set grabs the eye as it’s stunningly illuminated by a series of cube pendants. Even more fascinating are the rays of the rising and setting sun flow in similar pattern into the dining room.
