This is a unique structure with a significant portion made to float above the ground. The designers have intentionally selected large glass panels for windows and doors for unobstructed view to the surrounding greenery.
The blocks have then been interconnected by an open staircase. The front elevation of the house is kept off sight from street. The huge door welcomes you to the inner wonders. The entrance leads you to a beautiful bluish pool which is near to entrance of the building. Right at the middle of the structure is a double height space which acts as a corridor to the rest of the house.

Created by Markus Wespi Jérôme de Meuron Architetti the Brione House is located in Brione sopra Minusio a small town in Switzerland and overlooks the city of Locarno the lake and surrounding mountain scape from its steep high location.
To get an urban feel slide- stalk doors were placed at its interface of interior and exterior. Interior designing for the house was done by M Square Lifestyle Necessities. They were keen on balancing furniture and artwork for getting a blend of contemporary and traditional interiors. Wooden and leather furniture deployed in this building further increased the natural outlook.
The concrete finish over the kitchen and the structure of the main facade adds to the good looks with the structure exposed. In the master bedroom a large mobile surface-vertical façade opens to the rest of the house. The The Casa de la villa del Rey seems generous with openings and luminous transparency making it look even more imaginative.
Located in the famous Hollywood hills in California the house has risen to the top of the yardstick on which modern buildings are compared. Whipple Russell Architects‘ brain must have had an extremely challenging phase while designing this massive structure. The house has got lots of luxury without compromising on residents’ privacy.
