The owner’s demand was to create an urban touch to this age-old house and the architects started working on the single- storey residence with four bedrooms. Initially they divided the entire area into private and public spaces separated by a fairly large pool. A long bridge serves as the connection between public and private spaces.
The modern House B-Wald by Alexander Brenner is located in Stuttgart Germany. Welcoming owners and guests with a dark gate flanked by two anthracite walls the modern residence displays its volumes and architectural details topped off with a red roof. The project area sums up 1616 square feet and is composed of several volumes sheltering the living spaces pierced by glass walls and huge windows.
The Casa de la villa del Rey has been designed by architect and designer Carlos Teixeira — a well known writer and critic — who has managed to combine multiple fields of action with rare precision making the structure look awesome.
The lot is located at a dead-end region of street and at its back rest a public park. The kitchen has been maintained as a public place while the dining room is also spacious enough to contain a large Israeli family. There are separate bedrooms for kids and parents which are now common in contemporary residences.
The glass wall that separates the exterior from the living space offers unobstructed views of the scenery lying close to the location of this magnificent house. The designers have given due weightage to decorations interior and exterior both alike. The living room gets a wonderful blend of differently-colored lighting together with leather furniture and grey fur on the floor.
The house sports the looks of a box that is slightly bent and fully transparent. The house reveals a careful and rigorous treatment of a bent and cut volume without dropping the elements of the charm. By day time you will get to see the landscape of the valley behind the house. The house includes four bedrooms dining room and a kitchen and also sports as many as six gardens.
A wooden deck is stretched from the street through the entrance and extends up to the garden at the back. The living room has a double height roof and is located in the intermediate spaces. The huge glass walls that surround the living room allow for an unobstructed view to beautiful surroundings.
