The lot is located at a dead-end region of street and at its back rest a public park. The kitchen has been maintained as a public place while the dining room is also spacious enough to contain a large Israeli family. There are separate bedrooms for kids and parents which are now common in contemporary residences.

The entire house is painted in neutral tints adding warmth and elegance to this half-a-century-old residence. The chalet extends to an area of 530 square meters and seems to be an ideal place for a family to live in. Design of this building doesn’t comply with that of other chalets you might have seen in many parts of Europe. Its interior is reminiscent of lives of our long aged ancestors who lived in constant contact with their environment.
